By accessing and using Speak & Settle services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Service Description
Speak & Settle provides analytical counselling and life coaching services through WhatsApp messaging, voice calls, and masterclass sessions. Our services are NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, therapy, or psychiatric treatment.
3. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to use our services
- You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration
- You agree not to use our services for any illegal or harmful purposes
4. Service Availability & Limitations
- Services are available as per the provider's schedule
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions with 24-hour notice
- Services may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues
- Response times for WhatsApp queries: 24-48 hours
5. Payment Terms
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (Rs.)
- Payment must be completed before the session begins
- We accept: UPI, WhatsApp Pay, Bank Transfer, and Digital Wallets
- No refunds are provided once the session has commenced
- Invoices/receipts are provided via email or WhatsApp
6. Confidentiality & Privacy
- All information shared during sessions is strictly confidential
- We do not share your data with third parties
- Session records are kept secure for billing purposes only

- Exceptions: We may disclose information if required by law or if there's an immediate threat to safety
7. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your WhatsApp/call details
- You agree not to record sessions without explicit written consent
- You will not harass, abuse, or threaten the service provider
- You agree not to share session content publicly
8. Limitations of Liability
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Our counselling services are for informational and supportive purposes only. They are NOT:
- A replacement for professional mental health treatment
- Medical or psychiatric advice
- A substitute for crisis intervention services

9. Intellectual Property

10. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate services to any user who:
- Violates these terms
- Engages in abusive or threatening behavior
- Provides false information
- Fails to make payment
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra.
