Speak & Settle offers relationship guidance, dating clarity support, emotional counselling, and structured conversations through WhatsApp and voice calls. These services are for personal guidance and are not medical or clinical treatment.
3. Eligibility

- Services should not be used for abusive, harmful, or illegal purposes.
4. Booking & Payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees.
- Payment is required before a session begins.
- Once a session is booked, the user agrees to the selected slot and timing.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions when necessary.
5. Confidentiality
We respect the private nature of your conversations. Your information is handled with care and in line with our privacy policy.
6. Limitations
Our guidance is for clarity, direction, and support. It is not a replacement for licensed mental health care, therapy, psychiatry, or urgent emergency care.

8. Termination
We reserve the right to discontinue service if a user violates these terms, misuses the platform, or engages in abusive behavior.
